Our Staff
KEVIN HINSON, President
Kevin takes pride in his continuing education in all aspects of HVAC, with certifications in various types of equipment. He is considered one of the top technicians in the industry, with over 23 years of experience in both Residential and Commercial. Kevin is thoroughly trained in top-of-the-line products by Carrier, Trane, McQuay and more, including Chillers for process plants and medical equipment. Bruce Thornton, owner of BT AC, wrote in the Lubbock Journal that Kevin possesses a natural talent for troubleshooting and solving complex problems.
MANNY ACOSTA, Vice President
Manny has worked in the HVAC industry for 20 years. After earning his degree from New Mexico State University, he worked as an HVAC service technician in New Mexico before relocating to the DFW area. In DFW, Manny continued as a service technician for 4 years before being promoted to Service Manager. He was responsible for scouting and hiring only the best techs to join his team. As a service technician, he completed factory training with the top HVAC manufacturers. As a manager, Manny instills professional pride and integrity in all of his employees.
BRANSON HINSON, Lead Novar Technician
Branson's in-depth technical and Novar Certification training, combined with his natural ability, make him well-qualified to head-up Experior's Novar EMS high-tech, computerized systems department. He is also a certified EMon technician and certified by WalMart to maintain their Novar control systems. Born into the business, Branson apprenticed for several years with Kevin Hinson before pursuing his Novar certification. Known for his great attitude and quest for customer satisfaction, he cheerfully works wherever and whenever he is needed.
AMELIA HINSON, Office Manager
Amelia is likely the voice you will hear when you call Experior Mechanical. She is the integral support behind the scenes who makes it possible for the rest of the Experior family to excel in their responsibilities. Owning a small business in her own right, she is a customer service specialist who will always make sure Experior's clients are well taken care of. Have a question? A concern?
